What we collect

When you book online or check in at the salon we ask for your name and a mobile number, and optionally an email address and your birthday. The year of your birthday is optional too. We do not ask for your address or payment details. Payment is taken in the salon and never through this website.

What we use it for

• To find your appointment when you arrive.
• To send you a confirmation and a link to cancel, if you gave an email.
• To contact you about your appointment if something changes.
• To keep a record of your visits so we can look after you better next time.
• To keep count of your reward points: every dollar spent is a point, and 400 points are $10 off.
• If you gave us your birthday, to wish you a happy birthday. We do not use it for anything else.

Offers and promotions

We only send offers if you ticked the box saying you would like them. We record the wording you agreed to and when. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or asking at the front desk, and we will stop.

Who can see it

Salon staff, so they can serve you. The companies that host our website and send our email process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer. If you would like your details removed, ask at the front desk or call us and we will delete them.
